Interact Payment

Please find instructions below on sending a contribution via INTERACT e-transfer. We will receive the entire amount of your contribution. Your bank may charge you a transaction fee on top of the contribution amount.

Instructions on how to do the e-transfer will vary by participating financial institutions.



1. Login to your online bank account on a web browser or your banking app

2. Navigate to the section for INTERAC e-Transfer and follow their instructions to add a recipient and send funds:

  a. Add the {{org_name}} as a recipient:

  • In the recipient Name enter: {{org_name}}
  • In the recipient Email field enter: {{interact_email}}
  • For the Security Question - enter your Question and Answer in both your bank's form and the following form

  b. Send funds:

  • In Amount, enter: {{url?parameter=amount&default=the amount you want to contribute}}
  • In Memo, enter: {{url?parameter=donation_type&decode=true&default=Donation}}
